"Thanks Rod for delivering the lamb. I defrosted some chops and made a simple marinate with rosemary, white wine and olive oil and left them overnight. Put them on the BBQ next day and they were amazing real tender it melted in my mouth. I have tried New Zealand lamb and dislike it but there is nothing like fresh Ontario Lamb you can really taste the difference! It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with you.
