"Thanks Rod for delivering the lamb. I defrosted some chops and made a simple marinate with rosemary, white wine and olive oil and left them overnight. Put them on the BBQ next day and they were amazing real tender it melted in my mouth. I have tried New Zealand lamb and dislike it but there is nothing like fresh Ontario Lamb you can really taste the difference! It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with you. Our lambs are born and raised on our family farm located near Tupperville, Ontario. We proudly care for about 90 ewes and 5 rams
Yes, we ensure a consistent supply of lamb throughout the year. With lambs born approximately every 12 weeks, we maintain a steady flow. However, there are occasions when we may temporarily sell out due to high demand
Our lamb packages are compact. The Quarter lamb package about the size of an ice cream tub, perfect for smaller freezers. A half lamb package requires about 1 cubic foot of space, and a whole lamb needs around 2 cubic feet.
Our lamb is naturally raised without any hormones or growth stimulants and their hay is pesticide-free.
Choosing the right lamb package depends on your meal planning needs and freezer space. Quarter lamb is ideal for one person or those with very limited freezer space. Half lamb suits couples or small families with a bit more space, needing only about 1 cubic foot. Whole lamb is best for large families or those who enjoy hosting, requiring about 2 cubic feet of freezer space. For detailed guidance, please visit the "Which Package is for You?" section.
Yes! Every order starts with a base package that gives you all the cuts of the animal however we have many options for your order including extra Ground, Cubed, Burgers, Loin and Shoulder Chops and More! Start by selecting your main bundle then build your ideal box.

Our listed shipping rates (or free shipping) covers all of Southern Ontario, extending up to Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, and Ottawa. We comply with government regulations, which means we can only ship within Ontario. For those residing north of our standard shipping zone but within Ontario, please contact us to discuss potential shipping arrangements to your area.
