Had the lovely lamb shanks and the terrific lamb sausages. The sausages were large, spicy, juicy and tasty. The casing had a great snap and roasted to a crisp. So lovely. Shanks were fall off the bone meat that was really tasty. Have to have them again soon. Great recipe, Farmer Ewing.
